Our Commitment

WARRANTY POLICY

We guarantee our products a 24-month warranty period from the date of purchase. All batteries carry a 6-month warranty period.

Extended warranty agreements can be arranged separately upon request.

If a product stops operating within the warranty period, Sino-Network will provide one of the following resolutions:

  • Repair the defective product at no charge
  • Replace with a brand-new product of the same model
  • Replace with an equivalent refurbished product with identical functionality
  • Replace with a different product of equivalent functionality in case of EOL for the original model

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

  • Customers may only return products that are defective due to manufacturing or assembly faults.
  • Products are intended to be used by trained and experienced personnel.
  • Warranty does not cover defects caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or inadequate installation not following operating instructions.
  • Warranty does not apply to any consequential or indirect damages.
  • Warranty is not applicable for supplementary accessories (PSU, cables, antennas) unless defective on arrival.
  • Sino-Network reserves the right to determine whether a product failure is covered under warranty after inspection.

Step-by-Step Process

HOW TO RETURN DEVICES UNDER WARRANTY

Follow these 5 simple steps to initiate a warranty return. Our team will guide you through the entire process.

Fill in the RMA form below with your product and contact information.

AWAIT REVIEW
Our support engineer will review your request within 1–2 business days.

ANSWER QUESTIONS
Follow instructions from the engineer and provide any additional information required.

RECEIVE CONFIRMATION
Once approved, you will receive an RMA confirmation number and form via email.

SHIP DEVICE
Print the RMA form, pack the device securely, and send it to the address on the form.

PACKAGING

  • Devices must be properly packed, preferably in the original box. The customer is fully responsible for proper packaging when returning products.
  • Include only the device — do not include any accessories, cables, or power adapters.
  • Print the received RMA form and place it inside the package alongside the device.
  • The RMA number and QR code on the printed form must be clearly visible on the outside of the box.

SHIPPING

  • Ship warranty items to the address specified on the RMA form. Contact your support representative if you have any concerns about the shipping address.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Sino-Network is not responsible for items lost or stolen during transit.
  • Return shipping costs for non-warranty repairs are covered by the customer.
